Shipping Policy

  • All orders are subject to processing. Processing time is the amount of time it takes to prepare your order before it is shipped.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped with tracking information. 
  • Juicy Cat Exotics cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with your parcel service upon experiencing the loss of a package. 

Refund Policy

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL
  • Due to the nature of our products, Items cannot be returned or restocked. 
  • Please inspect items upon receipt for any damage or defects and contact us immediately if you have any issues or concerns so that we can address the issue and correct it. You have 24 hours after delivery to report any damage or defects to your item.
